"I love teaching people how to make authentic Italian food in a practical way, so people can re-do it easily for their families and friends."
Chef Andrea is an Italian chef based in Rome, Italy, and is the owner of “Cooking Classes in Rome". It is a cooking school for professionals, amateurs and tourists located in the well known, cozy and funky Trastevere area in the city centre of Rome. Andrea and his wife welcome their clients with a very simple mission: to share the Italian Culture through its food. The classes are small, intimate, hands on and now also virtually online. In the last 20 years, he has owned and operated multiple restaurants, making the kitchen his second home.
He loves teaching traditional cooking and keeping the ingredients fresh and seasonal, focusing on regional roman cuisine.Chef Andrea's passion for food, generosity and caring always touches our heart.
CHEF ERIC FRAUDEAU
UZES, FRANCE
Chef Eric Frraudeau is the owner of Cook’n with Class Paris. He was the first chef to offer full-time cooking class in Paris and his class includes a market visit to learn about local food culture. His principle is to offer intimate cooking class to ensure participants have a hands-on experience and personal attention from the chef. He loves to share French culture through its food.
After moving to Uzes, Provence region, Chef Eric focuses on Provencale and Mediterrancean cuisines and incorporates that with wine pairing to ensure participants have a full packaged culinary experience. His virtual cooking class is interactive and the dish you learned is creative and reflects the food culture in Provence. With a glass of wine at hand, it takes you to the sunny, laid back culture in Southern part of France where fresh food and good wine is the norm.

Barcelona, Spain
Chef Rosa, who stays in Barcelona and worked as a chef in several Michelin star restaurants and traditional cuisine ones, until she decided to go on her own. She opened a very special restaurant based on local cuisine and market produce, which she run until she gave birth to her beautiful daughter.

In her eyes, Spanish cuisine stands for simplicity. It is outstanding, non wasting, reusing and amazing.

CHEF MALCOLM JESSOP

Chef Malcolm has been a professional chef for over 40 years. He is now living in the Napa Valley, California, U.S.A..
We met Malcolm when he hosted farm to table cooking classes, where participants could pick fresh vegetables and herbs from his garden, prepare in his kitchen, and dine overlooking the farm and vineyard. He is a keen supporter of sustainability.
He is always happy to share the tricks of the trade and tips on cooking. His plating expresses the colors and flavors of the season with artistic flair.
CHEF FRANCES WILSON
CALIFORNIA, U.S.A.
Chef Frances can’t remember a time when her life did not revolve around food! She started cooking as child with her mother in her native Ireland. She trained both as a Home Economics teacher and as a chef. Her career has included stints teaching high school in Dublin, being the chef of the critically acclaimed Lalime’s restaurant in Berkeley and four years as Culinary Director at Château Routas in Provence, France. Most recently Frances taught the Professional Culinary program at Tante Marie’s Cooking School.
Frances is passionate about teaching people how to cook real food with great local ingredients. She wants people to know that cooking simple meals
doesn’t have to be a chore but can be fun time spent with family and friends.

Chef Susana Trilling is a chef, teacher, caterer, author, TV hostess and food consultant. She owned 2 NYC restaurants, a restaurant in Western Australia and has lived in Oaxaca since 1988. Susana has also been featured on the Discovery Channel, National Geographic, BBC, TNZ, and PBS.
She was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Oaxacan International Food and Wine Festival and was presented with the Espiga de Oro Award for her work promoting Oaxacan cuisine internationally
CHEF RICARDO RIVERIA
Cuzco, Peru
In the past 10 years, Peru has been recognised as one of the world's best culinary destinations.
Chef Ricardo is very passionate in Peruvian food and has been the main chef of different cooking studios in Cusco city for 4 years. He used to work in cooking studios which are now closed down. He keeps on exploring new ways to spread the Peruvian food culture and local culture through online.

Pandemic affects lots of people in Peru, 70% of jobs in Peru were informal. Most people are hourly rate workers. Chef Ricardo said,"if they don't work, they just don't eat" and worked on a good will program on Christmas day of 2020, he used his cooking skill with friends to make meals, hot chocolate, and bought a special Christmas bread called "paneton" to the homeless in Lima.

CHEF KOICHIRO IKAWA
JAPAN
Chef Ichiro used to work for IT industry before being a professional chef. He was fascinated with dynamics of culinary art through experiencing gastronomies in various countries he visited including the US, France, Italy, Vietnam, Thailand, etc., and decided to run a French style restaurant in Seattle, heavily inspired by Pacific Northwest cuisine.
10 years later, he moved back to Japan to explore Japanese traditional cuisine and has been working to incorporate Western cooking techniques into Japanese cooking. It has been 6 years since he settled in Kyoto, a city of old and new culinary cultures

Chef Celia has always had a passion for foods from different cultures. She has founded her own cooking studio, Cooking Fever, which is based in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Her company, Cooking Fever, specializes in teaching students how to make various Western pastries as well as recreating traditional Chinese dishes. She is very enthusiastic about food and is excited to be able to share her expert tips with everyone.

Chef My Tran's name is MY (“pronounced ME”). She is a cooking teacher and founder of The Vietnamese Cooking Class.
She has welcomed many guests from over the world to her kitchen in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam for more than 5 years. She has been honored to receive hundreds of 5-stars reviews for her in- personal cooking experiences.
Cooking is her everyday's passion and happiness every day. She loves sharing her knowledge to foodies, who will gain experience to build their own lifetime cooking skill!

THAILAND
Chef Wis is from Lamphun, Thailand. Teaching is her passion and cooking is her favourable way of relaxation. Thanks Chef Wis’ mother and families who asked her to help in the kitchen since she was in primary school. It inspired her interest in cooking. She started online sessions in mid 2020, from one-on-one to family gatherings, birthday parties, and team building.
She loves local Thai food culture and enjoys sharing the cooking skill & local culture with foodies around the world. When she teaches from her home village in Lamphun, she uses ingredients from her garden and some food she cooked will be offered to monks and temple boys near her house."

Reza ​has been a bartender for over 30 years and has even founded his own company, Ananas Consulting, where he advises luxury hotel groups and improves bar programs.

Additionally, Reza has been an active member of the esteemed national trade organization, United States Bartender’s Guild. Throughout his time he has been elected into many executive positions, and currently serves as the Western Regional Chair.

Justin Mulford brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 20 years as a bartender, manager and ultimately owner. He is currently a working partner at the Hi-Lo Club in San Francisco, CA. He’s worked in almost every kind of drinking environment imaginable - fine dining, loud nightclubs, beer & shot sports bars, mixology hotspots, catering to the stars, and even a tiki inspired restaurant in Hawaii. His passions jump across the board from spirits, beer and wine into new and classic cocktails. Justin is happy to suggest food and beverage pairings, ideas for beverage party hosting, but above all else, he loves to serve you with a smile.
